New Development The Golden Mile

The Golden Mile is Marbella’s most prestigious residential corridor, stretching roughly five kilometres along the coast between Marbella town centre and Puerto Banús. It has been the address of choice for European royalty, heads of state, and international business figures since the 1950s, and that reputation has held. The area is defined by mature gardens, wide seafront boulevards, and a concentration of grand private estates and luxury hotels, including the landmark Marbella Club and Puente Romano.

Day to day, residents have direct access to the beach clubs and restaurants of Puente Romano, the dining terraces of the Marbella Club, and the marina and boutiques of Puerto Banús within a short walk or drive. Marbella town centre, with its old quarter and weekly market, is ten minutes by car.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is approximately 65 kilometres east, reached in around 45 minutes by car via the AP-7 toll motorway, with direct connections to most major European cities and a growing number of long-haul routes. Gibraltar Airport, roughly 80 kilometres to the west, offers an alternative gateway. The AP-7 and N-340 provide straightforward road access along the entire Costa del Sol.
