Elviria-Cabopino sits on Marbella’s eastern coastline, roughly 12 kilometres from the town centre, and occupies a distinct position between the established residential enclave of Elviria and the small-craft marina at Cabopino. The area is characterised by low-density villa development set among stone pines, with a quieter, more residential feel than the Golden Mile or Nueva Andalucía. Marbesa, the specific urbanization within this corridor, is known for its flat plots, mature greenery, and direct access to some of the least crowded beaches on the Costa del Sol.

The Elviria commercial centre, a short drive away, covers everyday needs including supermarkets and pharmacies. Cabopino marina offers waterfront dining and a sailing club. The beaches at Artola and Cabopino, backed by protected dunes, are within walking distance. Marbella town centre, with its old quarter and Puerto Banús, is approximately 15 minutes by car.
