Nueva Andalucia is Marbella’s primary residential enclave for golf-oriented luxury living, occupying a broad valley immediately west of Puerto Banus. Known locally as the Golf Valley, it contains five championship courses including Aloha Golf Club, Las Brisas, and Los Naranjos, which together define the area’s identity and draw an international ownership base.
