A spectacular waters edge villa on the shore of the port of Mahon with six bedrooms, all en suite, this property is ideal for entertaining with various areas linked by terraces and indoor and out door areas all with views of the water.
Each property can be enjoyed independently. This home is best appreciated when approached by boat with two moorings in front of the house which allow you to enjoy the Harbour of Mahon the open sea minutes away.
The upper house has a living room with wood burner, a fully equiped kitchen and a dining room, all with sliding doors that communicate with the outdoor terraces and the pool area. On the first floor there is the master suite with a full bathroom and dressing room and another en suite bedroom, both with sea views.
Crossing the terrace that joins the two houses, there is an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and a BBQ, from here we enter another living room with high ceilings and sliding doors that open it completely, this leading to a terrace with dominant views over the port . Here we find two more bedroom suites.
Going down to the level closest to the water we find another outdoor area with a covered terrace ideal for dinners and lunches with family and friends. Another living-dining room and another full chefs kitchen and two further bedroom suites.
A large multi use basement with a gym, media room, space for a ping pong table, separate laundry room, private storage, etc. The property benefits from air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout.
Mahon, the capital of Menorca, sits at the eastern end of one of the deepest natural harbours in the Mediterranean, a waterway that has shaped the city’s identity for centuries. The port has drawn successive civilisations, and the legacy is visible in the Georgian-influenced architecture of the old town, the clifftop promenade of Ses Voltes, and the layered character of a city that feels genuinely lived-in rather than constructed for tourism. Mahon carries a quiet authority that distinguishes it from the more resort-oriented parts of the Balearics.
Daily life in Mahon centres on the covered market at Claustre del Carme, the waterfront restaurants along the Moll de Llevant, and the compact old town where most errands are done on foot. Es Grau natural park and the beaches of Punta Prima and Cala en Porter are within a short drive. The island’s interior, with its prehistoric talayotic sites, is easily reached by car.
Menorca Airport is approximately five kilometres from the city centre, a journey of around ten minutes by car, with direct flights to major European cities including London, Madrid, Barcelona, and Frankfurt, primarily from spring through autumn. Year-round ferry services connect Mahon to Barcelona and Valencia, with crossings taking between six and nine hours depending on the service. Palma de Mallorca is accessible by ferry or a short regional flight.
