In Mahón, a residence of about 600 m² built around a former 16th-century mill. In the past, there were dozens of windmills in Mahón on the hills surrounding the harbor, facing the open sea to catch a wind that nothing on this coast ever truly stops. They formed a sort of high belt above the city, visible from the sea even before the houses came into view.

Today, only a handful remain, scattered throughout the urban landscape, absorbed by more recent buildings that have preserved them as one might preserve a landmark. This one has kept its tower intact, the only visible remnant of a landscape that Mahón has largely lost, but whose memory this house alone continues to carry.
