Luxury First Line Beach Complex

La Chullera is a small coastal enclave within the municipality of Manilva, positioned on the western edge of the Costa del Sol where the coastline begins its approach toward the Strait of Gibraltar. The area sits between Estepona to the northeast and Sotogrande to the southwest, occupying a stretch of Mediterranean shoreline that remains notably less developed than the resort corridors further east. The setting combines direct beach access with open sea views toward Morocco and the Rock of Gibraltar.

Estepona, approximately 15 kilometres northeast, provides the nearest concentration of restaurants, markets, and services, including the Mercado de Abastos and a well-regarded dining scene along its old town streets. Sotogrande, around 10 kilometres southwest, offers the Santa Maria Polo Club and a full-service marina. Puerto Banus and Marbella are reachable within 40 minutes by car.

Malaga Airport is approximately 90 kilometres from La Chullera, with a drive of around one hour via the AP-7 motorway. Gibraltar Airport lies roughly 30 kilometres to the southwest, offering a practical alternative for European connections, with a journey time of under 30 minutes. Jerez de la Frontera Airport is also within an hour’s drive. The AP-7 provides direct motorway access to both Marbella and Algeciras, making regional travel straightforward.
