- 4.4 hectares of uncultivated arable land;
- 2.7 hectares of vineyard registered as DOC Maremma Toscana, mainly of Sangiovese, Merlot, Aleatico, Trebbiano, Viognier and Ciliegiolo quality, planted in neat rows trained by spurred cordon and Guyot;
- 1.2 hectares of polyphytic grassland and herbaceous crops;
- 7000 square metres of olive grove of quality leccino, frantoio and moraiolo;
- the remaining land is partly coppice woodland and partly tare.
