Country House For Sale In Rustico, Manacor

Along the comfortable paved road from Felanitx to Vilafranca, amidst the vineyards, lies this plot of land, completely fenced with Mallorcan stone, of about 7,000 m2, where in 2001 this charming house of about 240 m2 was built, distributed over the ground floor and a garage of 50 m2. The access from the main street is only shared with one other neighbor, and the views are completely unobstructed over the fields, which are famous for their quality of cultivation. The property has electricity supply from Endesa, a cistern of 30,000 liters, and has permission to drill and obtain a private water well. The construction was made with a selection of the best materials, chosen in respect of the most typical rustic taste, which is evident in the natural stone walls, solid wood exposed beams, and the Mallorcan tile roof. It is equipped with air conditioning, two fireplaces, solid wood exterior carpentry with climalit, and a fitted kitchen. It is distributed into 4 bedrooms plus a loft of about 70 m2 and two full bathrooms. More information available privately.
