Makarska, Newly Built Villa With Pool

Villa Makarska invites contemplation with its position between the Adriatic and the Biokovo mountain, delivering expansive open views of both the sea and islands. This villa spans 350 m² over three thoughtfully composed levels, set on a landscaped 420 m² plot that merges privacy with natural spectacle.

The heart of the villa lies in its flow across spaces: a stone-lined stair leads from the basement’s well-equipped living room, gym, sauna with dedicated bathroom and functional utility rooms to the main entrance and automated garage suitable for two vehicles. On the ground floor, a second living room with open kitchen opens to a terrace capturing the horizon; oak parquet underfoot and abundant glass frame the interplay of daylight and vista. The floor is completed by a guest bathroom and access to an outdoor pool surrounded by gardens and an open-air fireplace.

On the first floor, four bedrooms each enjoy discreet en suite bathrooms and the comfort of premium double beds, three benefit from terraces offering sunrise and sunset views. Underfloor heating ensures warmth in all bathrooms, while air conditioning discreetly cares for the interior climate throughout. Details such as oak and tile floors, layered insulation, wireless internet, and seven televisions underscore a commitment to both comfort and technical excellence. This villa in Makarska, Croatia balances contemporary design and essential privacy in a scenic coastal setting.
