Conjunction Between Comfort And Design

There are houses you visit and houses where you can already imagine living. This is one of the latter.
A villa in one of those quiet streets of Majadahonda where you hear the birds and everything is within walking distance. Completely renovated in 2024, with that calm that well-done contemporary design brings: light coming in from everywhere, spaces that breathe and connect effortlessly.
You enter by crossing a small bridge, like a ship’s gangway, and from the entrance hall everything becomes clear. On one side, the life shared: a bright living-dining room, a kitchen that invites you to stay with its dining area, and a small sitting room with garden views. On the other, the calm for work: an independent office. And on that same floor, the first of the six suites, with its dressing room and bathroom, perfect for someone who wants to be close without giving up their privacy.
Upstairs, the night. Two more suites opening onto a perimeter terrace. The master suite, with dressing room, bathroom, and that sunset light over the views. The second, also complete, with its own access to the terrace.
Downstairs, and here’s the surprise, a basement that doesn’t feel like a basement. It is bright, exterior, and has its own life. Three more suites, all with bathrooms.
