Charming traditional fishing cottage, situated on the beach of Calan Vidrier, in Es Grau. It’s on the north coast of Menorca but the cottage is south facing, due to this you will be able to enjoy many more hours of sunshine and overlook the sweet village of Es Grau. I would not be very wrong in saying it is one the most charming little beach houses you can find on the island of Menorca. 
This building offers almost 80m², with a covered terrace, that shelters you from the warm caress of the Mediterranean sun, when you need to cool down.
It’s distributed over 2 floors, with the ground floor built in the traditional stone, the first floor was built with local limestone.
