Completely renovated apartment by De la Villa Studio in a classic building from 1920, located in the Glorieta de Bilbao. The property has been restored respecting the original architecture and recovering many of its historical elements, combined with contemporary solutions and noble materials. The original restored pine melis floors stand out, featuring a diamond pattern, along with various pieces of natural stone custom-designed for the kitchen and bathrooms. The layout revolves around a large living and dining area connected to a kitchen conceived as another room in the house. The kitchen can be completely concealed with retractable doors and includes integrated appliances, a natural stone island, and a travertine baseboard. All the carpentry in the property has been custom designed and made. From there, one moves to a study/library area that leads to the master bedroom and the other rooms through a hallway with natural oak shelves. The property retains original moldings, high ceilings, restored cast iron radiators, and recovered carpentry. The living room also features an integrated projection and sound system. The master suite includes a custom-made dressing room and bathrooms fully executed in natural stone, with sculpted sinks.
