The beautiful front garden leads to the villa’s main entrance, where the hall with mezzanine stretches invitingly before you. Here is the access to the wine cellar. The hall is fitted with French white stone, also the vaulted steps are lined with it. The atmospheric living room, fitted with old oak parquet, offers stunning views of the terrace and garden, with the gas fireplace adding to the cosy atmosphere. The house not only offers a perfect space to relax, but is also excellent for working from home. Through the living room, you can access the lounge/office area. For children, there is a play corner/yoga room on the first floor. Both the living room and the lounge have direct access to the terrace.
The outdoor area offers breathtaking views of the surrounding park garden and is the ideal place to have an aperitif with family and friends or enjoy a cool rosé on warm summer evenings while the meat slowly cooks on the barbecue. On the left side of the villa is a second entrance that provides access to the hallway, kitchen diner, gym and laundry rooms. The gym is finished with a concrete stucco floor and has its own toilet. The laundry room has a tiled floor, a kitchen unit with hard stone worktop and a double sink, as well as connections for washing machine and tumble dryer.

First floor
The first floor is accessed by lift or wide staircase from the reception hall.
