Korčula Island—Lumbarda, a house with a pool, is designed to be an ideal balance of modern and traditional, providing an environment for complete relaxation and rest. The property has a total gross construction area of 210 m2, which extends over two floors. The basic skeleton is built of a wooden structure of larch wood and covered with composite panels that form the walls. The roof of the building is a large surface that leaves the possibility of forming a large roof terrace and sunbathing area.
