The Brè-Aldesago neighborhood has been part of Lugano since 1971. Its core is characterized by cobbled streets winding between old stone houses, leaning against each other, and small gardens. At the beginning of the village, the ancient stone washhouse is one of the symbols of a past that is still alive in the atmosphere of the place (the oldest houses still preserve in their cellars the well of drinking water, necessary until 1950, when water was a rare commodity). The view from the slopes of the mountain is breathtaking: it embraces the entire lake, surrounded by its mountains, and stretches far away, reaching the Monte Rosa range with its snow-capped peaks. Thus wrote the bard of Brè, Lelèn (1885-1934): ”However, the mountain of Brè will always retain its incomparable beauty, its fragrant poetry, the lively spirit, and the open mind of its children.” The new villa we propose is nearing completion, arranged over 3 levels, very modern, and with a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains. The interiors are divided as follows: – Ground floor: we find 2 beautiful rooms with access to the garden and a nice bathroom – 1st floor: another 2 rooms with balcony and a full bathroom – 2nd floor: spacious open-plan living room dining room with a large modern and equipped kitchen and a service. – 3rd floor: large rooftop terrace. Also included are 2 spacious covered parking spaces, a private laundry room, a cellar, and a large hobby room.
