The Gravechat’ mansion, formerly known as du Puy du Fou’, was completed in its current form in 1780 by Louis-Marie Poictevin de la Rochette, but the residence was known before 1440 as belonging to Amaury de Sapineau. Listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments, this 18th-century mansion combines elegance and history. The ISMH listing ensures the classification and protection of all the façades, roofs, monumental gate, stone staircase with wrought iron banister, woodwork in the large living room and plasterwork. With a living area of approximately 480 m², it comprises 10 rooms including 7 bedrooms, offering generous and refined space. The property, which extends over 1,410 m² of land, benefits from a large courtyard in its centre, enclosed by a monumental gate framed by arcades. The main building to the east has large living rooms and a majestic staircase. The west building (formerly the stables, tack room and carriage house). The south building, which housed a laundry room and additional domestic quarters.
