The pool and garden offer relaxing moments on sunny days, while the proximity to golf courses, local restaurants and cafes ensure year-round activities. The beach and the airport are just a 25-minute drive away, making your stay even more convenient.

- This property has a Cleaning Fee (mandatory) - €210 per stay

- A security deposit of €800 is required, which must be paid up to 7 days before check-in and will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, if there are no damages.

- This property may charge a tourist tax if it is a legal obligation of the municipality.

- Pets may be allowed with prior authorization and the security deposit will be doubled due to the risk of damage.

- Check-in has a defined time and if it is necessary to do it after the defined time, there will be an additional cost of late check-in of €60.

- Baby bed or high chair can be provided upon request and availability. It will have an additional cost of 30+vat and 20€+vat respectively per stay.

- The main guest must be at least 25 years of age.

- Properties with a garden and/or swimming pool will be visited by maintenance technicians during their stays.
