Overlooking the valley from its elevated position, the 220 m² villa unfolds its clean lines across a landscaped 3,000 m² plot, bordered by a protected natural area. Perfectly south-facing, in absolute tranquility, it offers sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding hills.
Designed for luminous and effortless comfort, the bastide is arranged over two inverted levels—ingeniously conceived to keep the bedrooms cool and to maximize the views from the living spaces.
On the upper floor, expansive retractable glass walls open the living areas onto a 19 m² loggia, creating a refined continuity between indoor and outdoor living.
The living room, dining area, and kitchen—with a central island in natural stone—form a harmonious ensemble, enhanced by a custom-built library and a dedicated workspace. Underfloor heating and a modern gas fireplace provide discreet, contemporary comfort.
The lower level hosts three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath or shower room, direct access to the pool, and naturally cool interiors during summer. A fourth independent bedroom, aligned architecturally with the house, offers a perfect space for guests or visiting friends.
Outside, the lush, well-structured garden invites you to a lifestyle of serene refinement:
• Infinity pool with integrated jacuzzi and panoramic solarium • Multiple terraces, shaded dining area, covered summer kitchen and lounge • Olive trees, Mediterranean blooms, and a Japanese pond with fountain • Pétanque court / children’s play area • A landscaped garden that can evolve to suit your desires • Guaranteed privacy thanks to the unbuildable protected zone surrounding the property
A garage, wine cellar, flexible storage space, and other annexes complete this rare property.

Lorgues is a medieval market town in the Var department of Provence, set among vineyards, olive groves, and oak forests roughly midway between the Gorges du Verdon and the Côte d’Azur. The old town retains its original medieval street plan, with a 12th-century collegiate church, shaded plane-tree boulevards, and one of the largest truffle markets in France. The surrounding countryside is classified as part of the Provence wine appellation, and the area draws a discerning international residential community without the coastal congestion.
Daily life in Lorgues centres on the Tuesday market, the truffle market from November to March, and a strong local restaurant scene including Bruno, one of France’s most celebrated truffle-focused restaurants. Draguignan is 15 kilometres east for larger retail and services. The hilltop villages of Cotignac and Tourtour are within 20 minutes by car.
Lorgues sits approximately 80 kilometres from Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport, reachable in around one hour by car via the A8 motorway. Toulon-Hyères Airport is roughly 70 kilometres to the south. The nearest TGV station is Les Arcs-Draguignan, 20 kilometres away, with direct high-speed services to Paris in approximately three hours and connections to Marseille in under one hour.
