The beautiful finca combines Mediterranean flair with English and north German and maritime influences, to create a very special ambience.

The small entrance hallway has a guest bathroom with a shower and a spacious utility room.
The living space on the ground floor comprises a kitchen, a tea room, with dining room opposite.

The living room, with a fireplace corner and exit to the covered veranda is open towards the dining area. A staircase leads from the dining area to the upper floor.
From the living/dining area, another small hallway leads to a bedroom with a bathroom with a Mediterranean stone designed with corner bath.

The other bedrooms are on the upper floor and connected by a hallway. One of these bedrooms has its own dressing room. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor.
Before one steps onto the roof terrace, with a sea view to Cabrera, there is a small, cozy reading room.

The veranda on the ground floor has a sliding glass door on the sides, so that one can sit there, protected from the wind and enjoy nature. Only the twittering of the birds can be heard in the garden.

A path leads from the veranda to the salt water pool and the outdoor kitchen with BBQ with a generous seating area.

The garden offers many beautiful areas, be it in the sun or in the shade. Another part of the garden is planned as a fruit and vegetable garden but has not yet been created.

Here one can enjoy life in the country all year round but still be in a central location near the coasts and cities.
