The terrace is spacious and secluded affording the ideal area for outside relaxation and dining according to the season.

The Bus stop is a 2 minutes’ walk, with good access to the main ski lifts and slopes for the winter. In the summer there is excellent access for walking and biking some of the best routes too.

10 minutes’ walk takes you to all of Méribel’s great selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

There is a large Supermarket just at the bottom of the road, opposite which is a good Bar & Restaurant.

​There’s currently a professional kitchen area with all the equipment needed – a large oven, fridge, storage space, pots and pans, dishwasher and a large sink.

Alongside the kitchen is a bar area where you can sit on the bar stools or you relax on the sofa by the fireplace. There is a separate Cinema Room too and currently plenty of relaxation areas as well as space for children to be playing in one room whilst others relax with a book.

THE LOCATION
Méribel is at the heart of the famous ‘trois vallees’ ski area, with over 650km of piste and acres of legendary off piste waiting to be explored. The Méribel valley has four interlinked villages, Les Allues, Méribel village, Méribel-Mottaret and of course the resort of Méribel itself. In the middle of this vast ski area and with a superb selection of shops, bars, restaurants and sporting facilities Méribel is justifiably proud of its position as a world class ski resort.

Easy walking distance to the centre of Meribel and close to good local amenities, a two minute walk to the bus stop
