Set within a preserved natural environment, close to Alsace and Germany, the estate forms an extensive equestrian and real estate complex spanning more than 32 hectares, including lakes and woodland.

Developed primarily between 2013 and 2014, the estate was designed around professional equestrian facilities dedicated to training, horse development and the organisation of competitions.

The equestrian complex is centred around a 60 × 30-metre indoor arena, covering 1,800 sqm and equipped with a permanent irrigation system. Its design also provides excellent natural light and ventilation through large translucent roof sections fitted with electrically operated openings.

On either side of the indoor arena are 32 stalls measuring 3.50 × 4 metres, or approximately 14 sqm each. They feature Röwer & Rüb fronts, high ceilings clad in solid oak, swivel feeders and automatic waterers heated during the winter.

Each stall has direct access to its own adjoining individual paddock, providing a total of 32 paddocks fitted with perforated ground mats.

A particularly noteworthy technical feature is the underground manure extraction system, designed to facilitate stall maintenance. A hatch built into the floor of each stall allows waste to be removed by suction, eliminating the need for wheelbarrows to pass through the aisles.

The facilities also include several tack rooms and technical areas, horse-washing bays with hot water, solariums, changing rooms with showers, a clubhouse, a dining room, loft storage areas, a horse walker and a lunging ring.

Two apartments are located on the upper floor of the equestrian complex.

Outdoors, the estate features two large arenas equipped with the Ebbe-Flut system, providing controlled ground moisture through sub-irrigation. One of the arenas measures 50 × 100 metres, covering 5,000 sqm, and enjoys an elevated position overlooking the Finsterbach Valley. A judges’ stand completes the facilities dedicated to hosting competitions.

The estate was designed for demanding sporting use and has hosted training sessions, horse development programmes and show-jumping competitions over the years.

A spacious agricultural building complements the professional facilities, providing storage for equipment, equestrian gear, jumps and agricultural machinery.

Separate from the equestrian facilities, the property includes a substantial timber-built restaurant opening onto a large terrace. Originally designed to accommodate approximately 120 guests, it also features spaces suitable for receptions and seminars.

Three additional apartments are located above the restaurant, bringing the total number of residential units on the estate to five. The building also benefits from extensive parking facilities and complies with accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility.

A children’s playground completes the amenities.

At the heart of the property lies an approximately six-hectare lake, surrounded by meadows and woodland. The Finsterbach Valley and the forests of the Northern Vosges provide an exceptionally preserved setting, ideal for walking, horse riding and mountain biking.

The estate benefits from extensive technical infrastructure, including an approximately 110-metre-deep borehole supplying water, wood-fired heating, a three-phase electricity supply, automatic irrigation systems, an alarm and a video surveillance system.

Lastly, the land offers further development potential, with the possibility of creating a hotel and cottages, subject to the necessary planning and regulatory approvals.

Through the quality of its design, the scale of its grounds and the complementary nature of its facilities, the estate is an exceptionally comprehensive property, combining professional equestrian activities, competition facilities, hospitality, accommodation and event hosting within a single location.
