Outdoors, the estate features two large arenas equipped with the Ebbe-Flut system, providing controlled ground moisture through sub-irrigation. One of the arenas measures 50 × 100 metres, covering 5,000 sqm, and enjoys an elevated position overlooking the Finsterbach Valley. A judges’ stand completes the facilities dedicated to hosting competitions.

The estate was designed for demanding sporting use and has hosted training sessions, horse development programmes and show-jumping competitions over the years.

A spacious agricultural building complements the professional facilities, providing storage for equipment, equestrian gear, jumps and agricultural machinery.
