Masseria For Sale In Lecce

LECCE
Just a few kilometers from the beaches of the Adriatic coast and right adjacent to the unspoiled Rauccio Nature Reserve, Coldwell Banker is pleased to offer for sale ”Antica Masseria Gelsi”, a stunning historic estate dating back to the early 1800s, fully and finely renovated.
Nestled in an oasis of absolute tranquility, the property is surrounded by the authentic scents and colors of the Mediterranean scrub, offering a perfect balance of privacy and proximity to Salento’s main attractions.
On the ground floor, the residence welcomes guests into approximately 270 sqm of bright, elegant space comprising two comfortable bedrooms and a suite complete with a living area and kitchenette.
