Le Tignet is a small hill village in the Alpes-Maritimes hinterland, sitting at around 400 metres elevation in the Pays de Grasse. The village occupies a ridge position between the Siagne valley and the pre-Alpine foothills, with clear sightlines south toward the Esterel massif and the Mediterranean coast. It belongs to the commune of Peymeinade and retains the character of a working Provençal village, with stone architecture, terraced land planted with olive groves, and a pace of life that is distinctly removed from the coastal strip.

The market town of Grasse, the historic centre of the French perfume industry, is roughly 10 kilometres away and provides daily markets, restaurants, and services. Mougins, known for its gastronomy and galleries, is around 15 kilometres south. Cannes is approximately 25 kilometres away and offers the full range of coastal amenities, from the Marché Forville to the Croisette.

The A8 autoroute is accessible via Peymeinade or Mougins, placing Cannes within 30 minutes by car and Nice within 45 to 50 minutes. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport, the second busiest in France with direct routes to most European capitals and several intercontinental destinations, is approximately 45 kilometres from Le Tignet, typically 40 to 50 minutes by car depending on coastal traffic. Cannes train station connects to Monaco, Nice, and Marseille via the coastal TGV corridor.
