Le Cannet Residential Area Panoramic Sea And Estérel Views

Le Cannet sits immediately above Cannes, rising through a series of residential hillside quartiers that look south over the Bay of Cannes and west toward the Massif de l’Estérel. The upper reaches, known as Le Cannet Collines, have long attracted buyers who want proximity to Cannes without its density. The town has its own distinct identity, shaped in part by Pierre Bonnard, who lived and painted here for the last two decades of his life, and whose work is celebrated at the Musée Bonnard in the town centre.

Daily life centres on the Rue Saint-Sauveur and the old village core, with a covered market, independent food shops, and neighbourhood restaurants. Cannes itself, with La Croisette, the Marché Forville, and the full range of dining from Le Park 45 to Mantel, is a five-minute drive from the Collines.

Cannes-Mandelieu airport is approximately ten minutes by car and handles private aviation and select scheduled routes. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport, the main regional hub with direct connections to most European capitals and long-haul destinations, is around 35 to 40 minutes by road. Cannes train station connects to Nice in roughly 30 minutes and to Marseille in under 90 minutes on TGV services.
