Cannes Le Cannet Heights: Beautiful Provencal Villa With Panoramic Sea View

Le Cannet sits directly above Cannes on the hillside of the Alpes-Maritimes, a residential commune that has long attracted those who want proximity to the Croisette without living on it. The old village core, with its narrow lanes, Romanesque chapel, and painted facades, retains a distinctly Provençal character. Pierre Bonnard lived and worked here for the last two decades of his life, and the Musée Bonnard remains one of the most respected small art museums on the Côte d’Azur.

Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 30 kilometres east, reachable in 30 to 40 minutes by car depending on traffic. The A8 motorway provides fast access along the entire Riviera corridor and into Italy.
