This excellent property comprises a main house, a pool area, and a service area, all situated on 6 hectares. Utilities (water, electricity, telephone) are underground, and cable and internet are provided via satellite.

The garden surrounding the buildings is carefully illuminated, allowing visitors to appreciate the wide variety of tree species. The park is populated by two ancient linden trees, native trees, four ombú trees over 150 years old, and an imposing rubber tree that seems to reach for the sky. From the main house, various paths lead to intimate spaces such as the plaza area seen in the photo. More than 20 varieties of trees thrive here: oaks, chinaberry trees, ceiba trees, jacarandas, floss silk trees, a huge black acacia, agave plants, sweetgum trees, walnut trees, coronilla trees, palm trees, lemon trees, plum trees, quince trees, grapefruit trees, and more.

The main house is 700 square meters and is spread over two floors with Botichino marble floors. A central telephone system connects all the rooms, which are equipped with Bang & Olufsen telephones. In the main living room and the TV room, two Bang & Olufsen sound systems provide the brand’s signature sound quality.

On the ground floor is the 100-square-meter main living room with large windows, French-style furniture, important paintings, and carefully chosen lighting. Adjacent to it is the main dining room for 10 people, furnished with a table, chairs, and period tableware. This tableware and tea set are made of Arzberg Germany porcelain, and the silverware is gold-plated. A blue Baccarat chandelier is a striking feature of this room. Also on the ground floor are four en-suite bedrooms and the TV room. Next to the TV room is the semi-covered winter dining room with a beautiful view of the linden trees and rose bushes.

Upstairs, you’ll find the playroom with an 18th-century pool table, a library, and a collection of over 100 bottles of aged wines. Another highlight of the house is the master suite, featuring hardwood floors and a large terrace overlooking the lagoon and the surrounding forest. An 18th-century secretary desk can be seen in one of the photos.

Each of the dining rooms (Main, Winter, Pool, and Outdoor) has its own set of tablecloths, silverware, crockery, and glassware.

The pool area also boasts excellent views and seating for 10. The pool has an infinity edge and water jets that create a fountain effect.

The service area comprises the caretaker’s house with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining area, as well as workshops equipped with all the necessary tools for property maintenance.

Conviven más de 20 variedad de árboles: Robles, Paraísos, Ceibos, Jacaranda, Palo Borracho, una enorme Acacia Negra, Pencas, Liquidámbar, Nogal, Coronilla, Palmeras, Limoneros, Ciruelos, Membrillos, Pomelos, Ciruelos etc.

La Casa Principal es de 700 mts y se desarrolla en dos plantas con pisos de mármol Botichino. Una central telefonía comunica todos los ambientes, en los cuales tienen aparatos Bang Olufsen. En el Living Principal y la Sala TV 2 equipos de audio Bang Olufsen ofrecen la calidad de sonido que los caracteriza.

En la Planta Baja están el Living Principal de 100 mts con amplios ventanales y mobiliario de estilo francés, importantes cuadros y ambientados por una iluminación adecuada. Contiguo esta el Comedor Principal para 10 personas con mesa, sillas y vajilla de estilo. Esta vajilla y el juego de té son de loza Arzberg Germany, los cubiertos son bañados en oro. En este ambiente se destaca una araña azul de Baccarat. Además, en la Planta baja, hay 4 habitaciones en suite y la Sala de TV. Junto a esta última está el Comedor de Invierno (semicubierto) con una hermosa vista a los Tilos y los Rosales.

En la Planta Alta podemos encontrar el Playroom con una mesa de Pool del Siglo XVIII, una Biblioteca, y una colección de más de 100 botellas de vinos de guarda. El otro ambiente que se destaca en la casa es la Suite Principal con piso de roble tarugada, una gran terraza con vista a la Laguna y el bosque. En una de las fotos se puede apreciar un secreter del Siglo XVIII.

Cada uno de los comedores (Principal, Invierno, Piscina y el Exterior) tienen su propio juego de manteles, cubiertos, loza y cristalería.

El Zona de la Piscina también cuenta con una excelente vista y un mobiliario para 10 personas. La piscina tiene efecto de desborde y chorros de agua que generan un efecto de fuente.

El Sector de Servicios se forma por la casa de caseros de dos dormitorios, baño, cocina y comedor, y los talleres con todas las herramientas necesarias para el mantenimiento del establecimiento.
