Panoramic Sea and Resort View Villa, La Manga Club
Some villas need a paragraph to explain the view. This one settled the matter with its address: Viewpoint 1, a 216-square-metre villa at the quiet end of Calle Atamaría on La Manga Club Resort
From the upper floors you look over two seas, the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, with the La Manga strip, the golf courses, and the mountains between them. The pool and gardens sit directly below. Inside, there are four bedrooms, including a principal suite with its own dressing area and private terrace. There are three bathrooms, a guest cloakroom, sun terraces, a covered solarium, a built-in barbecue, a large garage, and a storage room that earns its keep.
The house is honest about where it is. It needs modernising, but the position, the plot, and the two-sea view are the parts you cannot buy back later. Finishes, you can change. That is the trade on offer.
Then there is the address itself. La Manga Club is not a neighbourhood you live beside, it is one you live inside: three 18-hole championship courses, a racquets club among the largest in Europe, with more than two dozen tennis courts plus padel and pickleball, and eight football pitches good enough that Real Madrid, Barcelona, and the England squad have trained on them. At its centre sits the five-star Grand Hyatt hotel. Beyond the fairways, the pine hills run out toward Calblanque Regional Park, for the mornings you would rather be on a bike or on foot than on a tee.
The restaurants, the tennis centre, and the clubhouses are minutes away. This is a corner of Spain that works in February as much as August, so Viewpoint 1 can be the home you live in, not only the one you visit. The view, you keep.

Setting a new standard for real estate in Spain, Corcoran Micasamo brings together a proven international brand, a local market leader, and a modern, results-driven approach.
From the outset, founders Darren and Natalie Brown have grounded our firm in a simple idea: that buying and selling property should feel no different to working with a trusted accountant, lawyer, or financial adviser. That relationship exists in the United States, but no in most parts of Europe.
We’ve set out to build something different: a brokerage where clients are represented properly, where properties are positioned with care, and where long-term trust carries more weight than short-term volume.
