Set on a beautifully landscaped park of more than 3 hectares, planted with pine trees and olive trees, amazing recently built property located in La Croix-Valmer, on the way to Ramatuelle.
In a quiet blind alley, hidden from sight, its dominant position offers an exceptional panorama over the sea and the surrounding nature.
The property develops a surface of more than 800 m², with the main building comprising 5 suites, a guest villa comprising 4 suites, a caretaker’s house with 2 bedrooms, a wellness area (fitness room, sauna, hammmam, massage room...) and a 4-car garage.
Everything in this property has been designed, to the smallest detail, by a renowned architect, with top-notch amenities (luxury materials...) mixing modernity and Tropezian charm.
Bathed in light, the living areas open on the outside, with a heated 20-m swimming pool and a pool house and its summer kitchen.
Home automation, alarm system, sound system, cold room, reversible air conditioning, numerous parking places.
Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful estates in the Tropezian area. Information on the risks to which this property is exposed is available on the Géorisques website: https://www.georisques.gouv.fr/
La Croix-Valmer occupies the southern tip of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, between the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Baie de Cavalaire. It is a commune of considerable natural distinction, with direct access to the Sentier du Littoral coastal path and the protected beaches of Gigaro, widely regarded as among the finest on the Var coastline. The surrounding landscape of cork oak, pine, and maquis falls under the protection of the Conservatoire du Littoral, which has preserved the area from the overdevelopment that has affected parts of the wider peninsula.
Daily life here centres on the market in the village square, the restaurants along the Gigaro beachfront, and the vineyards of the Maures massif a short drive inland. Saint-Tropez is approximately 15 kilometres by road. Ramatuelle and its weekly market are under 10 kilometres away. Port Grimaud and Sainte-Maxime are both reachable within 25 minutes.
The nearest commercial airport is Toulon-Hyères, approximately 50 kilometres west, with domestic and select European routes. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport, the primary regional hub with extensive intercontinental connections, is roughly 100 kilometres to the east, typically one hour and 20 minutes by car outside peak season. A helipad at the property eliminates road dependency entirely for arrivals. The A8 motorway is accessible via Le Luc, connecting to Aix-en-Provence and beyond.
