Alpine Elegance Above The Slopes Of La Clusaz

Created in La Clusaz in 1958 by real estate pioneers, ATHERAC has retained all its youth and dynamism. Its founders accompanied resort development in the 1960s until the keys to the agency were entrusted to a group of 8 associates who had all gained their knowledge within ATHERAC. 

Since its inception, our offices have always been located in the heart of the resort, allowing us to be in the thick of things. 

Our core business is mountain real estate with three distinct activities: transactions, seasonal rentals and property management. ATHERAC’s strength also lies in a workforce of 30 employees spread across different departments, including 7 exclusively in charge of purchasing and resale.  

With its 3 agencies in the village of La Clusaz, each place now represents a service. 

Indeed, since the beginning of 2023, the sales department has moved into a new office, location 181 Route des Grandes Alpes (74220 La Clusaz – France), a dedicated and thoughtful space for clients who want to sell or invest in the sector. 

Here, everything has been designed to make our collaborators and our customers feel comfortable. A bright place, combining quality materials, where you can come to tell us about your current and upcoming projects.
