Havu Villas is a unique development of 17 holiday homes, set amidst peaceful pine forests near the beautiful Ounasjoki River.
The development offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature, while providing high-quality accommodation and convenient shared amenities.
The first holiday homes will be completed and handed over on 1 November 2026.
The First 8 Holiday Homes
The first eight Havu Villas holiday homes will feature four carefully designed interior and material themes:
Option 1: White-stained log-panel walls and ceilings with Kuura white cabinetry and fittings.
Option 2: Kuulas/sand-toned log-panel walls and ceilings with Hiili black cabinetry and fittings.
Option 3: White-stained log-panel walls and ceilings with warm Kaakao brown cabinetry and fittings.
Option 4: Black log-panel walls and ceilings with Kaakao brown cabinetry and fittings.
Each holiday home includes its own designated plot of land, a carport, terrace, storage space and a two-bedroom holiday home. The development will also feature a shared traditional Finnish laavu shelter and a communal waste collection point.
