Single Family Residence In Kamuela

Designed by Thomas Bingham, a disciple of the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture, Fairways North 11 stands above the Mauna Kea Golf Course, facing the Pacific and sunset.

The residence follows the slope, opening toward the ocean on several levels. Deep roof overhangs shelter the lanais, and the main living spaces open to a covered terrace that extends above the saltwater pool.

The 6 bedrooms each have a private bathroom. The primary suite occupies a level of its own, together with 2 offices overlooking the ocean. Lower level bedrooms open onto the pool terrace.

The residence can be enjoyed as it stands, while its interiors would benefit from updating.

Mauna Kea Resort’s beaches, golf courses and hotels are part of the setting. The Resort Club Homeowner Membership Program provides access to golf, tennis, and beach and pool facilities at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort.
