Finca Arcana is an authentic Ibizan gem, carefully restored and set on an elevated plot of approximately 5,500 sqm in one of the island’s most privileged locations. Surrounded by nature and just moments from the fairways of Ibiza’s only golf course, this finca perfectly combines traditional Ibizan charm with privacy, comfort, and a unique connection to the Mediterranean landscape.

Located on the peaceful east coast of Ibiza, among pine forests and native vegetation, the property enjoys an exceptionally private and serene setting. Only a few minutes from Santa Eulalia and a short drive from Ibiza Town, it offers the ideal balance between tranquillity and accessibility, perfect for long summer stays or unforgettable escapes throughout the year.

The property holds a valid tourist rental license for up to 8 guests, although its layout comfortably accommodates up to 10 people thanks to the main house, the independent guest suites, and the private tower apartment.

The south-facing façade and west-facing pool area guarantee natural light and sunshine throughout the day. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy views over the green hills and nearby golf fairways, creating a true sense of peace and disconnection.

The outdoor areas are designed to fully embrace the Ibiza lifestyle. The 12 x 5 metre swimming pool blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings of century-old pine trees, palm trees, and Mediterranean vegetation. Surrounded by wooden sun loungers and multiple relaxation areas, it becomes the true heart of the outdoor living experience. Several terraces and secluded corners throughout the estate offer ideal spaces for both social gatherings and quiet moments.

The main house stands out for its spacious interiors full of character and authenticity. The main living room is divided into three perfectly connected areas: a cosy fireplace corner, a main lounge area, and a library or office space. The separate dining room provides an elegant and warm atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen preserves the finca’s traditional soul with original wooden beams and terracotta floors. It features a gas stove, a 90 cm oven, and an independent pantry.

The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the garden. In addition, there is an extra room with a sofa bed and en-suite bathroom that can be used as a guest bedroom or private office.

At the rear of the property are two independent double guest bedrooms, each with private access and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. These suites are not internally connected to the main house, offering an ideal level of privacy for guests or older children.

One of the finca’s most special features is its charming independent apartment located inside the stone tower. The lower floor includes a cosy living room with a small kitchen and dining area, while the upper floor offers a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. An intimate and completely self-contained retreat full of character.

The outdoor experience is completed by a traditional wood-fired barbecue and a beautiful outdoor dining area under a wooden pergola, perfect for enjoying long Mediterranean lunches and dinners until sunset.
