Country House In Jesi An

Located in one of the most picturesque areas of the Marche region, this farmhouse was completely rebuilt in 2002 to turn it into a holiday home.
The facade of the main house is composed of the original bricks and plaster and is spread over three floors for a total of 350 square meters, with 7
bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The ground floor is characterized by several French windows that connect each room to the private garden. The living
area consists of 2 large and bright rooms, connected to each other through 3 square arches, which in turn mirror 3 small windows. Three steps
connect the living area to the corridor leading to the 3 double bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms. On the same floor there is also the
guest room, and a laundry room. The floor is mainly used as a reception floor, while the living areas are used as a breakfast room and living room.
Thanks to the external staircase, added to the internal one, the first floor is completely independent, therefore used as a private area for the
owners. Here is a Boffi, a fully equipped kitchen, and the dining / relaxation area overlooks the Marche hills. On the other side of the living area
