This modern 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment - located on the first floor- has a magnificent view over the various marinas of the Spanish Water. The porch stretches out across the entire width of the living room where you can enjoy the serene atmosphere in privacy. The apartment is located in La Palapa Beach Resort in the Caracas Bay, Jan Thiel area, one of Curaçao’s most popular locations. Part of the yachting community, La Palapa is situated in front of marina’s and at the Spanish Water Bay. The famous Jan Thiel beach and Caracas Bay with its restaurants, beach bars, dive spots and other leisure facilities are a three-minute drive away. This is the place to fully enjoy our Caribbean lifestyle!

The apartment can be reached by staircase or by elevator. Upon entering, a bright, dining-living room opens up where you can immediately enjoy the beautiful view over the Spanish Water. Eye-catching are the spacious sliding glass doors that extend over the full width of the apartment creating natural light. The open kitchen with bar is equipped with all amenities such as an induction cooking top, oven, double fridge and dishwasher. In the living room you find a separate restroom. The entire apartment has a light-tiled floor, creating a spacious flow throughout the entire apartment.

From the living room, you enter two nicely sized bedrooms, on the right- and left side. Both bedrooms have a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom on the right also features a luxurious. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and French balconies overlooking the water.
The covered porch is very private due to its strategically planted greenery. You experience outdoor living because of the natural transition between the living room and the spacious porch with stunning views over the bay area. The apartment is excellently built on the wind, facilitating a cool breeze in all rooms.

La Palapa is a gated resort with 24/7 security. The apartment is suitable for residential use as well for short- and long-term rental purposes. A rental and management office is available on location. La Palapa Resort has a community pool and lounge area at the marina and bay side of the resort.

Included in the price monthly HOA fee of 650 Naf is a parking space.
