Borgo Stoppi it’s an ancient village dating back to the era of the Guelphs and Ghibellines, which in the 16th century was one of the safest routes from Florence to Arezzo, located among the Florentine hills, at an altitude of about 600 metres and just above the town of Reggello.

Owned by the same family since 1946, the hamlet has undergone careful and skilful restoration, transforming it into an enchanting place.

The property consists of four stone buildings divided into flats many of which are now destined for hospitality. Each unit offers a stunning view of the valley and has a private outdoor area, ideal for organizing al fresco dinners during summer.

There also some common areas, including a laundry room, a reception desk and a charming panoramic swimming pool with solarium, from which one can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding woods and the Valdisieve hills.

The entire hamlet is surrounded by olive groves and century-old trees. Thanks to the 8 hectares of olive groves for the production of extra virgin olive oil, the approximately 10 hectares of arable land and the more than 180 hectares of woodland, a valuable resource for timber, the property can be used as a farm.
