This newly built property is located on the beachfront in the beautiful seaside village of Torre Santa Sabina. The property boasts six bedroom suites and is currently used as a B&B but could be easily converted into a private residence.

On the ground floor there are three double rooms each with its own private terrace facing the sea. The triple suite, also on the ground floor, has front and rear private terraces and its own private entrance with direct access to the seafront. The ground floor also comprises a breakfast room and shady outdoor dining area overlooking the sea.

On the second floor there is a single room with a wrap around balcony and a spacious double room with a large private sea facing balcony. There is an additional communal terrace on this floor with stunning sunsets behind the famous tower of Santa Sabina.

Each room has a fridge, TV and en-suite.

Stunning views over Santa Sabina on one side and the famous old town of Ostuni on the other can be seen from the large roof terrace on the top floor.
