In the beautiful setting of the vineyards of Impruneta, at 12km from Florence, an ancient country villa, in a hilly position towards Chianti, renovated with taste and sophistication.
The villa, which dates back to the 17th century, has a surface of about 300 square meters and is built entirely from antique terracotta and stones.
In front of the main entrance lies a beautiful covered patio with dining table and living area, while on the backyard there is a second outdoor dining area close to a large pool surrounded by laurel hedges and cypress tree.
On the ground floor we have the dining room, two living rooms with a fireplace, a typical fully equipped Tuscan kitchen and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a separate entrance. On the first floor there are three double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large closet.
In the attic, a lovely ”meditation bark” where you can listen to music or read in solitude.
