Restored Historic Residence In Ibiza

Located in the heart of Ibiza’s historic Marina, Palacio Orfeo is a late 19th-century residence carefully restored to blend the architectural character of the original property with the features of a contemporary home.

In 2020, the palace was restored, retaining and reinforcing its original architectural elements. Among them are the terracotta railings, restored and internally reinforced with wrought iron, as well as a carefully selected collection of decorative pieces dating from the 1940s to the 1960s.

The property is spread over several floors connected by stairs and an elevator. The ground floor retains an impressive entrance with a height of 4.8 meters and houses a laundry area, service rooms, and technical spaces. The first floor features a library and office of over 40 m², along with the master suite, over 38 m², with an elegant marble-clad bathroom.
