Talamanca occupies a privileged position on the northeastern edge of Ibiza Town, separated from the old city by a short stretch of coastline and connected to it by a well-worn promenade. The area has long attracted buyers who want proximity to Dalt Vila, the UNESCO-listed walled city visible across the bay, without being inside the density of the port. The residential character here is quieter and more established than the marina districts, with a mix of contemporary villas and low-rise developments facing the water.

Talamanca beach is within a few minutes on foot, as is the promenade path into Ibiza Town’s port area. The restaurant Jockey Club sits directly on the beach. The marina, with its concentration of restaurants and the ferry terminal, is roughly a ten-minute walk. Supermarkets and daily services in Ibiza Town are a short drive.

Ibiza Town centre is reachable in under ten minutes by car from Talamanca. Ibiza Airport is approximately eight kilometres away, a drive of around fifteen minutes depending on traffic. The island’s ferry port in Ibiza Town connects to mainland Spain, with services to Valencia, Barcelona, and Palma de Mallorca operated by Balearia and Trasmediterranea, with crossing times ranging from two and a half to eight hours depending on the route and vessel.
