Ibiza Town, the island’s capital and its most historically layered address, is anchored by Dalt Vila, the fortified old city whose Renaissance walls and elevated position above the harbour have earned it UNESCO World Heritage status. The postcode 07800 places a buyer at the centre of this, within reach of the marina, the whitewashed lanes of the old quarter, and the working port that has defined the city’s identity for centuries. This is Ibiza at its most permanent and most serious.

Daily life here draws on a concentrated set of resources. The covered Mercat Vell on Carrer de Canàries handles fresh produce. La Brasa on Carrer de Pere Sala is a reliable dinner address. The marina promenade connects the old town to the newer commercial district of La Marina within a short walk. Beaches at Talamanca and Figueretes are each under ten minutes by car.

Ibiza Airport sits approximately seven kilometres from Ibiza Town, reachable in around fifteen minutes by car. The airport operates year-round scheduled services to Madrid, Barcelona, London, and other European capitals, with frequency increasing substantially from April through October. Inter-island ferry connections from the port link Ibiza Town to Formentera in under thirty minutes, and to Palma de Mallorca and Valencia on the mainland.
