The developer behind this project has vast experience in high-end villa builds and has completed a high-end project of 50 Villas, in Baan Ing Phu, near the Black Mountain Golf course.

The developer works closely with the clients to design a Villa such that it perfectly fits the lifestyle of the owner.

There is a great level of freedom in the Villa design, however, for privacy reasons, we have chosen to build single-story Villas only.

We work with a small team who are overlooking all details of the entire process. For us Quality is on top of the priority list.

Therefore, our building capacity is limited. We can stretch ourselves to have 3 projects pending at the same time only, to ensure the quality you would expect.
