Bjurfors Beyond presents a villa with a guest house featuring modernist architecture, pure natural materials, and the Falsterbo Canal as its nearest neighbour.
Built in 2016, the canal-side villa and its guest house are discreetly nestled among lush greenery, delicate deciduous trees and stately pines. Just below, barely 50 metres away, the canal waters sparkle as boats glide silently by.

The rooftop terrace, with its magical views over the Falsterbo Canal, wraps around the villa’s bright penthouse apartment. The other side of the terrace overlooks the private garden. Facing sunny southwest, the wooden deck is completely secluded between the angle of the buildings and a giant rhododendron. Evening sun pours in, and as dusk falls, the lighting comes on, making the pool’s water shimmer blue. Fully-glazed sliding doors open up to the villa’s social spaces, where the terrace’s wooden deck meets the stained three-strip oak parquet. The idea is to create an international studio environment.
