Originally built in 1957 and expanded by one floor in 2005, the approximately 130 m² Tuscan house underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2025. With great sensitivity, the original charm of the house was preserved while creating contemporary living comfort: the ceiling between the ground and upper floors was renewed, both levels received underfloor heating, and an energy-efficient air heat pump provides cozy, sustainable warmth year-round.

The generously designed floor plan and light-filled rooms create an atmosphere that captivates immediately.
