The property is located at Skipperneset, in the northwest part of Sørøya, Hammerfest municipality, Finnmark. Access:
By boat: Sørøya is most easily reached by express boat from Hammerfest town center to Akkarfjord or another local dock. From there, access continues by private boat, ATV, or on foot, depending on season and terrain.

By car: There is no direct road connection to Skipperneset. Vehicle transport requires taking a ferry to Sørøya, followed by driving on local roads and using off-road vehicles.

By air: Hammerfest Airport is about 30 minutes from the express boat terminal, with daily flights to Tromsø and Alta.

On the property, there is a cabin and a farmhouse/barn of older construction and relatively simple standard, both located on the eastern side of Skippernesfjorden.
