Guia De Isora Finca

A large banana plantation of over 81,000 m2 with more than 50.000 m2 planted up with mature banana trees. 90% of the bananas are within a greenhouse area and there are new wind screens on the remainder of the open-air areas.
The annual historical crop of bananas is 223.157 kg. The finca also has a large water tank which holds 10.000 pipas and the bananas are all watered with a drip irrigation system. Three phase electricity is available on the property with an irrigation room. The water supply pipes to the property are included but the water shares are sold separately from the plantation (€240.000). There are 6 shares from the El Dorado well and a further 18 shares from Aguas de Chío water gallery. There is a further back up of water supplies with a connection to the BALTEN network.
There are two small houses on the land with one of them currently occupied by the watchman.
There is a grant from the government which can be passed to the new owner as it is connected to the property.
The price of the property is €1.500.000 and the water shares €240.000. Total price is €1.740.000
