The house is located in a closed and secure condominium, directly on the beach of Taguaíba, next to the beach of Iporanga, right at the foot of the Atlantic Forest. The atmosphere is an immense sense of peace and serenity.

There are 9 rooms in total, 7 of them facing the ocean. The master suite has a jacuzzi and private room.

Enjoy the sunny days at the beach or enjoy the pool of the house, in the outdoor area, which is surrounded by tables with chairs, protected from the sun and also sun loungers.

The dining room has 2 tables for up to 20 people.

For guests’ enjoyment, the house is equipped with a games room and TV room.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED , TO BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, he/she assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, does shopping at the supermarket, when necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does general maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepares meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
