The property is located in the heart of Chianti, 18 km from Florence, it is a small panoramic village on the hills of Chianti, surrounded by 30 hectares of land, of which about 25 are valuable woodland, 5 hectares divided between 3 hectares of vineyard, 2 hectares of olive grove with about 400 plants in full production, a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. The agriturismo can accommodate about 15 people in the villa’s accommodations. The historic villa and the various annexes surrounding it measure approximately 1600 sqm and beneath the villa, there are large cellars with star vaults of about 450 sqm, renovated with stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for aging. A restaurant is ready to open to the public with 35 indoor seats and 35 outdoor seats, fully furnished. The swimming pool is 10m x 7m in a panoramic position with an irrigated surrounding garden.
