One kilometer away is the destination Polylimnio. The complex of lakes and waterfalls of Polylimnio attracts a large number of visitors during the summer season.
Additionally, the hotel unit Costa Navarino is located 21 km away.
The transition to Costa Navarino necessitates passing through the vineyard, which significantly boosts its expected traffic.

The Vineyard is designed based on the double Royat trellising system to minimize cultivation costs and achieve maximum production (current average production of 1.6 tons per acre). The irrigation system chosen for the vineyard is the ”flood” system.
On the northwestern side of the vineyard, there is a water supply well connected to underground pipes that run beneath the entire surface of the vineyard at a depth of 0.8m. Alternatively, there are 4 drinking water supply points in the vineyard, connected to underground pipes of the community network.
The soil in the area is rich in nutrients while having a particularly low sodium chloride content, making it ideal for vineyard cultivation. The entrance to the vineyard is located 30 meters from the Kalamata-Pylos road. A private road starts from the gate, crosses the entire vineyard, and leads to a 50 square meter house located on the western side.
On the northern side, there is a warehouse where the latest technology agricultural machinery and winemaking equipment are stored.
In 2017, replanting took place, where the varieties Malvasia and Roditis were planted. The other varieties were planted in 2004:

The types of varieties have been selected in such a way that both single-varietal wines or high-quality blends can be produced.
This is a model vineyard for Greek standards. Its creation was based on the passion of three generations of the family.
The family’s logic was to create a visitable cultivation and wine production unit. For this reason, it was structured with an emphasis on aesthetic results and production quality.
