Right next to the dock there is a charming little beach, which provides access to some of the best snorkeling in the BVI. Best of all, this exclusively quiet space offers easy assess to other nearby islands to Scrub Island, Marina Cay and Trellis Bay (Beef Island) that leads itself to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other island activity if, and when, you choose.

Serendipity is designed as a three-pod segmented property affording guest privacy with plenty of common spaces including a jetted hot tub and adjoining patios for communing if desired. The main house consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, an outdoor shower, a spacious living room and kitchen, all combined to provide a pleasing sense of proportion and scale. A lovely private patio off the master suite offers a quiet space for relaxing in the sun or gazing at star filled skies at night. An additional spacious screened porch area offers spectacular, unobstructed views views of Marina Cay and distant vistas of Virgin Gorda, Beef, Copper, and Round Rock islands across the Francis Drake channel.

The house has ample storage and comes with a 17ft Boston Whaler with a 90hp engine in good condition to get you to and from the island.
