THE DOMAIN OF THE PARK - a different way of living in Grandson
On the heights of Grandson, facing Lake Neuchâtel and the Alps, The Domain of the Park offers a different way of living: more space, more nature, while remaining close to the essentials.
Only 7 residences are located within the domain: 3 apartments and 4 triplexes designed in the spirit of a house. A deliberately human-sized development, largely open to light, the landscape, and the outdoors.

THE PARK
On a plot of nearly 5,000 m² facing south, the landscape occupies a central place in the design of The Domain of the Park.
Swimming pool and relaxation area, orchard, shared gardens, playground, and facilities promoting biodiversity create a vibrant park, designed to accompany the different moments of the day and evolve with the seasons.
Swimming, reading in the sun, growing some vegetables, watching the children play, or simply enjoying the landscape: the park offers everyone more living space while preserving the privacy of their own residence and private outdoor areas.
Its realization is subject to a contribution of CHF 75,000 per residence, in addition to the sale price.
BUILDING A - Three apartments. One residence per floor.
Three 4.5-room apartments make up Building A, each occupying the entirety of its level.
A configuration that promotes intimacy, light, and large openings to the outside.
On the ground floor, the terrace extends into a generous private garden. On the upper floors, the apartments feature large balconies facing the lake, each complemented by a private garden to the west.
The large bay windows naturally extend the living spaces and invite the landscape inside.
BUILDINGS B - The spirit of a house, at the heart of the Domain.
On either side of the domain, four 6.5-room triplexes offer more than 180 m² of weighted space spread over three levels. Designed in the spirit of a house, they offer generous volumes, a fluid organization of spaces, and a privileged relationship with the outdoors.
Each benefits from a south-facing terrace and its own garden, with openings to the park, the lake, and the Alps.
A particularly pleasant balance: the space and independence of a house, an easy-to-live private outdoor area, and the entire Domain just a few steps away.
DAILY COMFORT
All residences are directly connected to the underground parking, allowing residents to reach their home sheltered from the elements. Each residence has a private parking space in the basement, offered at CHF 40,000 in addition to the sale price.
A DESIGN THOUGHT TO LAST
Heat pump, photovoltaic panels, high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation, and selection of durable materials contribute to a design attentive to comfort as well as to the control of energy consumption.
